Feed-Your-Brain Breakfast Bowl

Kids are more inclined to eat what they helped create. This recipe happens mostly in a blender, which makes it easy for your kiddos to get cooking with you! Sweet potatoes are a superb brain-food, since they are anti-inflammatory and rich in the antioxidant beta-carotene, which may reduce brain cell damage as well as lowers oxidative stress to DNA (which helps reduce anxiety, depression and more). And almonds are an excellent source of vitamin E, another powerful antioxidant that protects us against free radical damage and inflammation. It is particularly linked to memory, vision and language development in the brain. Plus, ounce for ounce, almonds are one of the most nutrient-dense nuts on earth - so you can rest assured your baby is getting absolute best!
